Maner bhramar kotháy uŕe cale
Uŕe jáy kár tare se dúr acale

Phuler madhu se je shudhu
Kśańiker sukh dite páre
Vaner páne manke t́áne
Madhur áshe báre báre
Bhramar jánáy se stháyii sukh cáy
Tái se chot́e nabhoniile

Stháyii madhu áche shudhu
Se puruśottameri káche
Vishvabhuvan haye ekman
Tái táre ghire ghire náce
Ekathá bujhe tári khoṋje
Bhramrá uŕe pákhná mele

মনের ভ্রমর কোথায় উড়ে' চলে
উড়ে' যায় কার তরে সে দূর অচলে

ফুলের মধু সে যে শুধু
ক্ষণিকের সুখ দিতে পারে
বনের পানে মনকে টানে
মধুর আশে বারে বারে
ভ্রমর জানায় সে স্থায়ী সুখ চায়
তাই সে ছোটে নভোনীলে

স্থায়ী মধু আছে শুধু
সে পুরুষোত্তমেরই কাছে
বিশ্বভুবন হয়ে একমন
তাই তারে ঘিরে ঘিরে নাচে
একথা বুঝে' তারই খোঁজে
ভ্রমরা ওড়ে পাখনা মেলে'

The mind's bumblebee, it flies off unto where?
On account of Whom, to that far mount it goes flying.

Any floral nectar only can
Give a gladness transitory.
Pulled toward forest is the psyche,
Frequently in hope of honey.
Bee tells, it wants lasting gladness;
And so unto the sky-blue it speeds.

Permanent nectar dwells just at
Environs of that Supreme Entity.
The world entire, having been a single mind,
Therefore dances, Himself encircling.
Fathoming this fact and seeking Him only,
Flies the bumblebee, spreading wings.
