Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tumi esechile álo d́helechile
Áṋkhi mele ceyechile
Dhúlir dharańiite maner mádhuriite
Phul phut́iye diyechile

Parágeri sudhá peyeche vasudhá
Tomár ágamane mit́eche sab kśudhá
Marmeri końe niirave vijane
Ásan pátiyá basechile

Sare gelo sab dvaeta bhávaná
Kśudra brhater bhederi dhárańá
Eke anek haye aneke eke niye
Nijeke prakásh karechile

You'd arrived, You'd poured out light;
You'd observed with open eyes.
On dusty earth, by sweetness of mind,
A flower, You had made it rise.

Nectar of my pollen Earth has received;
Upon Your advent finished has all yearning.
Silently, in seclusion, in a niche of heart mine,
Spreading seat You did alight.

Off went all thought of duality,
My sense of distinction between tiny and lofty.
By One becoming many, from One to many thereby,
Your own self You'd publicized.
