Tomár tare káṋdi hási
Tumi je ámár áṋdhár hiyár mańi
Cidákáshe bhásá shashii

Jáni ná kon atiite tumi esechile
Ujal kariyá nava srśt́ir úśákále
Amlán je dyuti ájio bhese cale
Káler sakal bádhá náshi

Ekete anek tumi aneker samáhár
Anek-ke sáthe niye tomár e saḿsár
Áloke áṋdháre mishe rayecho bhálabese
Báre báre t́áne chut́e ási

সুখে দুঃখে আমি তোমায় ভালবাসি
তোমার তরে কাঁদি হাসি
তুমি যে আমার আঁধার হিয়ার মণি
চিদাকাশে ভাসা শশী

জানি না কোন্‌ অতীতে তুমি এসেছিলে
উজল করিয়া নব সৃষ্টির ঊষাকালে
অম্লান সে দ্যুতি আজিও ভেসে' চলে
কালের সকল বাধা নাশি'

একেতে অনেক তুমি অনেকের সমাহার
অনেককে সাথে নিয়ে তোমার এ সংসার
আলোকে আঁধারে মিশে' রয়েছ ভালবেসে
বারে বারে টানে ছুটে আসি

I am in love with You in sorrow and in happiness;
For You I laugh and lament.
You are my dark bosom's gem,
The moon afloat upon mind's firmament.

I know not in which age of yore You'd appeared,
Making bright a new Creation's dawning.
Even still that splendor, it drifts on unfading,
Razing the entire temporal impediment.

In the One are many, of many You're a compilation;
Taking the many along is this Your world.
Mixed with light and darkness, You've stayed loving;
I arrive racing, drawn time and again.
