Duhkhaharańa duhkhiira vyathá
Tumi ná bujhile ke bujhibe
Vipattárańa ámár vipade
Tumi ná ásile ke ásibe

Graha tárá cale tomár ádeshe
Dhruvatárá háse tava nirdeshe
Tava prerańáy ákáshe vátáse
Priiti bhare ray anubhave

Sambodhi dáo amiya apár
Hásimukhe kare dáo párápár
Jár keha nái tumi ácho tár
Tumi ciratare theke jábe

দুঃখহরণ দুঃখীর ব্যথা
তুমি না বুঝিলে কে বুঝিবে
বিপত্তারণ আমার বিপদে
তুমি না আসিলে কে আসিবে

গ্রহ-তারা চলে তোমার আদেশে
ধ্রুবতারা হাসে তব নির্দেশে
তব প্রেরণায় আকাশে বাতাসে
প্রীতি ভরে রয় অনুভবে

সম্বোধি দাও অমিয় অপার
হাসিমুখে করে দাও পারাপার
যা’র কেহ নাই তুমি আছো তা’র
তুমি চিরতরে থেকে যাবে

O remover of my sorrows,
if not you understands
the pain of the distressed,
who else will?

O alleviator of afflictions,
during my hazards,
if not you comes to me
who else will?

All the stars and planets
move according to your order.
The pole star smiles
as per your direction.

By your inspiration,
the sky and the air
are full of feelings of love.

Give me infinite and
immeasurable intuition,
and, with a smiling face,
liberate me.

For those who have none,
You are there,
and shall remain forever.
