The butterfly,
A butterfly, wings outspread,

Went away with the blossom's pollen.

From which place did he arrive,
and snatched away the pollen from the flower,
And to which place did he go hide?
that symbolises the devotee.

Prajapati pakhna mele is the 1106th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Prajápati pákhná mele
Puśpaparág niye gela
Kotha hate esechila
Kon ajánáy giye lukála

Phuler buke vyathá chila
Se ki táhá bujhe nila
Rauṋ berauṋer oŕná pare
Káhár chavi áṋká chila

Phul hese kay ábár eso
Juge juge bhálabeso
Tomár priiti madhur giiti
Ámár hiyáy náciye dila

A butterfly, wings outspread,
Went away with the blossom's pollen.
From which place did he arrive,
And to which place did he go hide?

In flower's chest had been distress...
Regarding that how did he apprehend!
Upon modesty's many-colored scarf,[nb 2]
What image had been etched?

With a smile the flower says: "Again come;
From age to age, give your love.
Your favor and your sweet song
Produced a dancing in my heart."
