O Lord, in the moonlit night with joy-full smile,
On moonlit night, with smile full of happiness,
I love You again and again.
I've wanted You time and again.
During nights of sorrow, tears of pain,
On nights of grief, tears in distress,
I find You giving me consolation.
I've gotten You, to give solace.
During happiness, all come,

but during sorrows they smile from a distance,
Everyone, in joy arrives; from far they smile in sadness;
this contradiction I consider as Your game, liila’.
Opposite, I've realized, is Your [[:wikipedia:Lila (Hinduism)|liila]].
You come when called in joy,

and stay together during sorrows.
Even when calling in joy, please come; stay with in grief.
Under any condition, You do not keep me away,
Never keep away from me in the least;
this much mercy from You I seek,
Hey Enchanter, this wee kindness do I ask.
O the Charming One.

Jyotsna nishiithe khushi bhara hasite is the 2855th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Jyotsná nishiithe khushi bhará hásite
Tomáre báre báre ceyechi
Duhkheri ráte ashru vedanáte
Sántvaná dite tomáre peyechi

Sukhe sakalei áse duhkhe dúre theke hase
Vipariit tava liilá bujhechi

Sukhe d́ákileo eso duhkhe sauṋge theko
Kona kichutei kabhu dúre more náhi rekho
He mohan etat́uku karuńá jáci

On moonlit night, with smile full of happiness,
I've wanted You time and again.
On nights of grief, tears in distress,
I've gotten You, to give solace.

Everyone, in joy arrives; from far they smile in sadness;
Opposite, I've realized, is Your liila.

Even when calling in joy, please come; stay with in grief.
Never keep away from me in the least;
Hey Enchanter, this wee kindness do I ask.
